- Ship / Fix / Kill — your overall verdict.
- + note @ time — pause at any moment and drop a timestamped note (dead air, a cut, a weird hand). Click the timestamp later to jump back to it.
- ⚠ gate miss — anything broken that should never have gotten through (no audio, three hands, cut-off VO).
- ✓ keep doing — what worked, so we don't lose it.
